Each year, the Monumental Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc. sponsors an essay writing contest for eleventh and twelfth grade students in Maryland. A maximum of two awards of $1000.00 can be made in any given year. The stipend is to be put towards advanced (post high school) education. Deadline to apply is March 1st.

Students, their parents, or teachers interested in learning more about contest rules and deadlines for submission of essays should contact the Scholarship Committee Member, trap@monumental.org.
